Check In Rules
- Security deposit — EUR 150.00 (or EUR 200.00 if requested by the landlord) is to be paid on arrival and will be refunded on departure, provided no damage is found in the apartment.

Early check-in (if available): +30% of the nightly rate for arrival between 10:00 – 13:00, or +100% of the nightly rate if arriving before 10:00 local time. -
Check-out — by 10:00 local time.
Late check-out (if available): +30% of the nightly rate until 15:00, +50% of the nightly rate until 18:00, or +100% after 18:00 local time. - Out-of-hours — +10% of the nightly rate surcharge for late check-in (after 22:00) and early check-out (22:00–07:00 local time).
- Changeover day — Saturday is check-in/check-out day in seasons D – I.
